There is no substitution for the value a membership in an industry Association or professional group brings. Membership has its place and responsibilities to the members and the community.
But what about a place that was for you and focused on you? A place for women to be vulnerable and willing to grow, learn and engage. A time to invest in personal development for professional growth in a safe and secure environment?
At any time our personal, professional, and creative growth is vital to our development and well-being and, up to now, there has not been a place for women to gather for this purpose. As a seasoned professional with over 20 years’ experience, being in a supportive environment is more important than ever. And so, Last Fall, I was compelled to launch a new concept to the industry – a mastermind called The Creative Circle Forum.
Some of the great titans in business began the mastermind concept over 100 years ago. I am in two of my own. I am so committed to the group and know that you will be, too. One participant said, “I am excited to be in a community with women who will push me forward and support me along the way.”

Creativity is the ability to think of solutions; to be aware; to explore new options. In Maslow’s Hierarchy, creativity is at the top of the pyramid just short of the pinnacle of “Self-Actualization.”
