Mhayse G. Samalya is currently serves as the Executive Chairman of Go West Creative, a leading event management company with over 35 years in business. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Auto Club Group, Auto Club Insurance Association and its insurance subsidiaries, Auto Club Services, Inc., ACLI Acquisition Company, and AAA Life Insurance Company.nAdditionally, he is a member of the board of BiasSync a company that has developed an assessment tool to measure unconscious bias.

Mhayse is a 30 year veteran C/President level Property Casualty Executive located in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Energetic and visionary he is experienced in building high performance multi-functional teams in Turn Around, Restructure, and Growth situations. Consistently drives top line growth and maximizes the money making equation by igniting passion around a well-developed and communicated vision with clear goals and metrics.

He has most recently expanded into other industries operating in investor, board or consulting roles in industries such as transportation, manufacturing and branding services. His understanding of both domestic and international distribution channels encompasses, and he has extensive experience in, life insurance brokerage and various distribution models and options; including broker dealer, independent and exclusive agent, third party originators and direct to the consumer.

His most recent position was President of the Farmers Brand at Farmers Group Inc, ($19 Billion Subsidiary of Zurich Financial Services).

In addition to prior positions within Farmers including President of Distribution, and President and EVP Farmers Business Insurance; Mhayse was President of Hanover Insurance and also was with Citigroup and its predecessor Companies including Travelers Insurance and Aetna Life and Casualty.

Mhayse has a BA degree from Long Island University and an AAE Professional Certification from the University of Pennsylvania-The Wharton School. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

Lastly, Mhayse is an active father of 3 and enjoys reading, working out and is an avid golfer.
